The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, offering spacious and well-equipped rooms with plenty of extras like bottled water, a fan, trouser press, and kettle. However, the service was not friendly or welcoming, making interactions feel like a huge inconvenience. The location was near enough to the town center to enjoy all it had to offer without being noisy, which was convenient for my visit to Worcester and the surrounding area.

The hotel has a great location right by the town center, just a 2-minute walk away, making it perfect for exploring and attending events like the Three Choirs Festival. The rooms are in serious need of an update, with windows that don't close properly letting in cold air and an outdated feel. The service is friendly, maintaining the old character of the past. The dining experience, however, falls short with limited breakfast options. Overall, it's a good location for a short stay, but room improvements are necessary.
